Disclaimer: the fine print, in plain words

Every site has fine print. This is ours, written the way we would explain it across a table. Six short blocks cover what this guide is, where its numbers come from, and where its limits are.

1

This is an independent guide

We are not Panera, and Panera does not run this site.

This website is an independent guide to the Panera Bread menu. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Panera Bread. Panera Bread is a trademark of Panera, LLC. Panera does not review or approve the comparisons, rankings, or picks here: those are our own, based on the prices and nutrition figures described below. For official menu information, allergen details, and ordering, use Panera’s own website and app or ask at your cafe.

2

Prices vary by location

Use our prices to plan, then confirm the real total in the app.

Prices on this site are averages across surveyed US cafes from September 2026. Averaging keeps one expensive city from skewing the picture, but it also means your cafe may charge more or less than the figure shown here. Delivery prices, fees, and menu availability can differ again. Always confirm the price for your exact order in the Panera app or at the counter before you pay.

3

Nutrition comes from Panera, and recipes change

Figures match Panera’s guide dated September 2, 2026.

Calories, protein, sodium, and other nutrition figures come from Panera’s official Nutrition Guide effective September 2, 2026. Kitchens vary, ingredients get swapped, and Panera updates recipes and suppliers over time, so a figure here can drift from what is in front of you. If a number matters for your health, check the current guide in the Panera app and ask your cafe how your item is prepared.

4

Estimates are labeled as estimates

If we had to work it out, the page says so.

Some useful figures have no official version: half portions are the clearest example, because Panera does not publish nutrition for halves. Wherever this site works something out, the result is marked as an estimate right where it appears. Estimates are planning help, not official figures, and they can be off in either direction. Treat them accordingly.

5

This is not medical or dietary advice

General information only: your situation needs a professional and your cafe.

Nothing here is medical advice, dietary advice, or a guarantee that any item is safe for you. Gluten conscious guidance on this site is general information about ingredients and preparation, and it is not celiac safe advice: shared kitchens and shared equipment mean cross contact is always possible. Check Panera’s allergen information, tell your cafe about your allergy or condition, and talk to a qualified professional about what you should eat. If you want the background on how we handle dietary topics, start with how this guide works.

6

Delivery and deal terms change

Check the final screen before you order.

Delivery routes, fees, minimums, discounts, and program terms are set by Panera and by the delivery services involved, and they change without notice. Anything this site says about a deal or a delivery option is a snapshot from when the page was checked. Confirm the current terms, fees, and eligibility on the final ordering screen before you place an order.

Questions about any of this? Ask through the contact page. For the short version of how this site handles your information, see the privacy policy, and for the rules of using the site itself, see the terms.
